Update in effect 4/3/23: Masks will now be optional for clients, employees, and service providers.

-We still highly encourage service providers to wear a mask while working with clients.

-Clients may also request their service provider wear a mask for the duration of their appointment.

-Service providers may also request that their individual clients wear a mask during their appointment.

-We still encourage counter staff to wear masks when feeling under the weather or experiencing symptoms and also to stay home if they feel sick. 

-We ask that if you do have an appointment and feel sick, to please call or text the studio immediately so we can get you rescheduled at 509-426-4465

Update 08/30/22: We are unlocking our doors and are allowing more walk-in services. Masks are encouraged while in the studio and still required for services. We have masks available in the lobby!

Update 04/11/22: Though the mask mandate has ended for Washington State, because we provide close-contact service and wound creation, we will still be requiring masks. Please show up with a mask on to enter our studio, if you don’t have a mask we will have a mask available for purchase. We will continue to monitor the COVID numbers and re-evaluate as needed to keep our staff and clients safe. We have resumed nostril services for those who are fully vaccinated AND boosted. Keep watching our social media for updates.

Update 01/01/22: Happy New Year! With the high infection rate with new variant, and to follow fellow high-quality studios' protocols, we are going to suspend scheduling for all under the mask services from this date forward. If you are already booked, we will still see you, just note, this may impact future downsizes for those piercings. We really hoped we would not have to roll back these services, but knowing how many people and businesses have been impacted, we have had to make this difficult decision. We are trying to stay open for all of you and we appreciate your patience and kindness during this time. We will notify you all when we know we can open these services up again safely.

Update 8/10/21: We are continuing to follow the CDC Guidelines of wearing masks indoors for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals; we are so excited to hear how many of you are getting vaccinated; these highly viral variants are truly scary!

We are in the process of installing a new door system to allow us to “buzz” you in; so please come to door with mask on. We will do our best to keep an eye on the door to let folks in, but if you knock and no response, it means we are busy with a customer and will let you in as soon as we are able (thank you for your patience!) This means we can welcome folks even if you don’t have an appointment. Our friendly staff is here to help answer questions or help you shop for jewelry or a cool gift for a loved one.

Please get vaccinated! It is the quickest path to getting us back to normal. Most of our team is fully vaccinated and soon we will be able to “buzz” in and welcoming shoppers. We are also mapping out how and when we can start adding back services. We are doing nostril piercings and change outs for vaccinated folks with proof of vaccination.

Yes! We are open and the protocols we have been following continue to meet or exceed state requirements. This has been essential to keeping our team COVID-free and for enabling us to stay open and provide services. Please wear your mask; it really helps all of us to be safe.

We continue to provide quality jewelry selection services, accurate and safe piercings and stellar tattoos. And we want to do it safely in COVID-land.

All these new changes and restrictions are difficult for all of us, frankly, they suck...but being on a ventilator or having someone you care about on a ventilator, isolated and alone, fighting for their lives sucks more. And, if most of us can get vaccinated, we do have an end in sight.

New state requirements and CDC safety protocols can be a big pain, we get it. But honestly, if we couldn't be safe, we wouldn't be Mom's.

Walk-ins are now welcomed when we have availability, Lobby is open

• Tattoos are available by appointment and sometimes by walk-in.

• Piercing troubleshooting and install services will be available by appointment and sometimes by walk-in if there’s room for it

• We are offering most new piercing services (poking holes in you). Any nostril, septum, or soon to be oral piercings we will be requiring vaccinations. To see more on the types of piercings we offer, please see our piercing section!

• Shopping appointments are available and our lobby and retail side is open so feel free to come in!

• Same day appointments & Walk-ins: Check our Instagram or call us for same day piercing and shopping appointment availability. We sometimes have walk-in availability! You can always call ahead to check!
